RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive for 100% satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us.  Within 30 days of your purchase, you may exchange or return any non-tailored & non-custom item in its original condition.  Understandably, we cannot accept returns on items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags attached and labels as shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

RETURNS TO STORE

Just bring in the item you wish to return with 30 days of your purchase.
It must be in original condition, with the original tags.
We will issue a refund immediately.
Be aware,If your item was charged, you may have to allow 2 0r 3 business days for your credit card company to credit your account.

You can use the shipping method of your own choice.
Please note:  Shipping Charges are not refundable.

Return your unworn item(s) in the original packaging. all tags must be attached. Ship the package containing your return items and this sheet via U.S. Mail, UPS Ground or similar delivery with tracking. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

REFUNDS

We process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise.
After we process your return, please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for your financial institution to credit your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
